Nebraska's executive associate athletic director of compliance, Jamie Vaughn, has accepted a job within Texas A&M's athletic department and will be reunited with former NU AD Trev Alberts.
Vaughn, who has been at Nebraska since 2012, will begin his new job in College Station in early September. Vaughn's official title at Texas A&M will be Executive Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations.
"I am very grateful to Trev Alberts for the opportunity to work at such a prestigious university,” Vaughn said in a statement released by A&M. “Trev’s leadership, discipline, and business acumen position him well to successfully lead Texas A&M into a new and exciting future in collegiate athletics.
