Ndamukong Suh and Jordan Hooper are among the six-member Nebraska Athletics 2024 Hall of Fame class, announced Thursday.
The football star and women's basketball icon are joined by Carl Myerscough (men's track, 2000-04), Virginia Stahr (volleyball, 1986-89), Mary Weatherholt (women's tennis, 2009-13) and Emily Wong (women's gymnastics, 2011-14).
The group will be inducted in a ceremony on Oct. 4, the day before Nebraska football's homecoming game against Rutgers.
Suh, of course, is one of the dominant defensive linemen in the history of college football. He went on to enjoy an impressive NFL career, which includes five Pro Bowl selections, a Super Bowl ring and a Rookie of the Year award in 2010.
