# 1 seed Nebraska takes on #16 seed Penn State this morning in the Sweet 16 of the 2016 NCAA Volleyball tournament.
The match will start at 11:00 AM and be televised on ESPNU.
Nebraska volleyball fans are well aware of Penn State’s status in NCAA volleyball. The Nittany Lions lead all teams with seven national titles. Nebraska and Penn State have dueled extensively over the years, way before the Huskers joined the Big Ten.
Penn State is down this year but that doesn’t make them any less dangerous. The Huskers won both their matches against Penn State this season.
