New scoreboards and message boards on the field level will be the most noticeable changes for Cornhusker football fans as they enter Memorial Stadium on Saturday for the season opener versus Brigham Young University.
Fans are reminded to arrive early and plan ahead to find an appropriate parking location, entrance gate, restroom, concession stand and post-game meeting place. Fans are urged to stay hydrated and to follow the instructions of security and safety officials.
Stadium policies will remain largely unchanged from 2014. A summary of those policies follows.
Tickets at all gates will be scanned with an optical reader for entrance and for re-entry if someone leaves the stadium.
