Las Vegas, Nev. - After day one of qualifying, freshman Jillian Martin currently holds the top spot at the 2023 United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Team USA Trials with a total pinfall of 1,350 and an average of 225.
Martin is joined by five other Nebraska bowlers, Kendyl Hofmeister, Anna Callan, Marissa Cosentini, Crystal Elliott and Kayla Verstraete, in this week's tournament, held Tuesday through Sunday at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.
Elliott currently holds 12th place with a total pinfall of 1,244, with Hofmeister is in 53rd, Verstraete in 85th, Callan in 87th and Cosentini in 127th.
