For the first time since 2010, former conference foes Nebraska and Missouri will meet on the volleyball court. Missouri looked really good Friday in sweeping No. 23 Arizona, and doing so with an impressive .412 hitting percentage.
The Tigers had success attacking with their middle blockers in the first round, with Alyssa Munlyn and Tyanna Omazic combining for 17 kills on a .653 hitting percentage.
Nebraska’s serving has been a strength this season, though, which may cut down on the Tigers’ ability to get the ball to its middle blockers.
