Serbia – Nebraska's Mikey Labriola and Peyton Robb will represent the Huskers and compete for the United States at the 2021 U23 World Wrestling Championships this week in Belgrade, Serbia.
Labriola, a two-time All-American, will compete at 79 kg in the freestyle competition. He claimed the World Team spot after defeating Drexel's Michael O'Malley in the finals of the trials at the Devaney Center in May. Following his teammate's performance at the trials, Robb defeated Princeton's All-American Quincy Monday to claim the spot at 74 kg.
Nebraska joins Iowa as the only schools with two wrestlers representing Team USA at the championships.
