Nebraska officially added eight walk-ons on Wednesday and added another Thursday afternoon.
Iowa Western Community College offensive lineman Joshua Wegener announced on Twitter his intent to join the Huskers.
Wegener is listed at 6-foot-2 and 295 pounds on the Reivers’ website and has played both defensive line and offensive line for Scott Strohmeier’s program during his two years in Council Bluffs.
He is the 13th known walk-on commit for 2019 for the Huskers, eight of whom were officially announced by the school on Wednesday afternoon as part of December’s early signing period.
