Ames, Iowa – The Nebraska softball team split a doubleheader against Iowa State on Sunday. The Huskers won the first game by a score of 8-5, before dropping the second game, 10-1.
Game 1: Nebraska - 8, Iowa State - 5
In the top of the first, Tristen Edwards was hit by a pitch and stole second. Cam Ybarra, Peyton Glatter and Keana Pola drew three straight walks to score one run.
The Cyclones tied it up in the bottom of the second scoring one run.
