Murray, Ky. - The No. 4 Nebraska Rifle team defeated No. 9 Murray State in Murray, Ky., today by a final match score of 4,707-4,685. The Huskers set numerous records on the day. The overall team score of 4,707 is the highest in school history by a significant margin, surpassing the previous high of 4,690 set on Feb. 22, 2015. This is the first time in program history the Huskers shot over 4,700. The total air rifle team score of 2,373 is the highest in program history, overtaking the previous mark of 2,368 the Huskers set last week against Ole Miss.
