Carmel, Ind. - The Nebraska men's golf team had a better scoring day in the second round of the Big Ten Championship at Crooked Stick Golf Club on Saturday.
The Huskers were 12 strokes better over the second 18 holes than they were on the opening day of the conference tournament, and head to the final round in 12th place with a two-round score of 622 in the five-count-four format. NU's round was the ninth-best of the day, but the Huskers were unable to climb the leader board. However, the Big Red moved into position to make a potential move with a strong final round.
