The Nebraska women's basketball team wraps up its two-game trip to San Juan on Saturday when the Huskers take on Mississippi State in the Puerto Rico Clasico at the Coliseo Roberte Clemente.
The Huskers (4-2) opened the tournament with a 73-44 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Friday. Annika Stewart erupted for career highs of 23 points and eight rebounds off the bench to lead four Huskers in double figures against the Islanders. Allison Weidner added 13 points and five rebounds, while Jaz Shelley contributed 11 points and five assists. Sophomore center Alexis Markowski also pitched in her third double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
