Denver Colo. - The Nebraska men's tennis team (2-3, 0-0 Big Ten) fell short on the road against the Denver Pioneers (3-1, 0-0 Summit League) 4-2 at the Denver Tennis Park on Sunday afternoon.
Doubles action kicked things off, as Denver's No. 32 ranked duo of James Davis and Matt Summer knocked off William Gleason and Nic Wiedenhorn, 6-1. The Pioneers followed that up with a victory in the No. 3 spot as Nico Herrero Cuesta and Mattia Ross defeated the Huskers' Victor Moreno Lozano and Roni Hietaranta, 6-1.
