St. Louis, Mo. – In its first away match of the season, the Nebraska soccer team fell to Saint Louis, 5-1 , at Hermann Stadium on a rainy and wet Sunday afternoon.
For the third time this year, the Huskers recorded 10 or more shots, but the Billikens held the advantage while also scoring in both the first and second halves.
Saint Louis scored its first goal of the game in the third minute as Anna Lawler found the back of the net. The Billikens extended its lead as Hannah Larson scored in the sixth minute and Emily Gaebe recorded a goal in the 20th minute.
