If the Nebraska baseball team is going to make some noise in the NCAA Tournament, the Huskers will need to go through the hottest team in the country.
Nebraska received an at-large bid Monday, landing in the Corvallis, Oregon, Regional, home of the No. 1 Oregon State Beavers.
The Huskers (35-20-1) received the two seed, and will play Yale (32-16) at 3 p.m. Friday. The winner will likely play the tournament's overall No. 1 seed in Oregon State (49-4). The Beavers finished 27-3 in Pac-12 play.
Oregon State will play Holy Cross in the first round.
