Huskers Continue to Grow Offensively

Lincoln, Neb. -- The Nebraska football team worked out in full pads for two hours on Wednesday, splitting time between the Hawks Championship Center and the Ed and Joyanne Gass Practice Fields.

Offensive Coordinator Troy Walters addressed the media after practice, commenting on how the offense has been able to expand throughout the year as guys have continued to improve.

“We feel like we can throw anything at these guys and they’ll pick it up,” Walters said. “Now they understand the concepts and why we line up in different formations. It’s fun when guys really know what they’re doing because the sky is the limit with what we can throw at them.
