The Nebraska women’s basketball team rallied from a six-point deficit to start the fourth quarter and beat Michigan 70-56 on Friday in the Big Ten opener at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Nebraska often struggled with turnovers and missed shots in the first three quarters, but the Huskers outscored Michigan 33-13 in the fourth quarter.

Junior guard Nicea Eliely led Nebraska with 14 points and four steals. Sam Haiby added 12 points, and Leigha Brown had 11.
