The Nebraska football team practiced for two hours in full pads and helmets Wednesday afternoon. The offense practiced in Memorial Stadium while the defense practiced on the Ed and Joyanne Gass Practice Field.
Offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf spoke to the media after practice, and had positive things to say in regards to the offensive line.
“We’ve had great work,” Langsdorf said. “I think they’re confident and ready, they’ve been practicing well.”
Langsdorf also credited true freshman I-back Tre Bryant’s progression in preparation for the season.
“He’s really picked up the system well,” Langsdorf said. “He’s mature, he’s smart, he’s physical as a runner, and he’s a receiving threat.
