Husker Offense Falls Flat In 2-1 Loss To Creighton

The Nebraska baseball team was unable to breakthrough against Creighton in a 2-1 defeat Tuesday night in Omaha. The Huskers were held to just four hits on the night against a Jays staff that used six different pitchers.

The game remain scoreless during the first three innings. The only hit for the Huskers was a Jaxon Hallmark double that was stranded during the third inning.

Ethan Frazier pitched well in his first start of the season, going 2.2 innings. Frazier would give up a pair of singles with two outs in the third. Ben Klenke would come on in relief and get the final out of the inning.
