Husker Offense Continue to Make Strides in Spring

Lincoln, Neb. - The Nebraska football team practiced in full pads for just over two hours on Saturday in Memorial Stadium. Head coach Mike Riley addressed the media afterwards.

Saturday's practice included the longest scrimmage the Huskers have seen in their spring season.

"We were supposed to go about 50 (plays), but I think we ended up around 100," Riley said, "We have just enough players that we can do that number of plays and feel good about it."

"It kind of flowed pretty easily today," Riley said of the positive aspects of the scrimmage.
