Perhaps no one was more pleased with Nebraska's offensive outburst than senior guard Glynn Watson, who scored 11 of his game-high 19 points in the first half and finished with 19 in limited minutes.
Watson's three-point shooting, which reached 40 percent as a sophomore, dipped below 30 percent last season. He finished 5-of-7 Tuesday night and looked the part of a senior floor general.
"I’m just doing whatever the team needs from me. I’m going to be aggressive — Coach Miles wants me to be aggressive, so that’s just one thing I’m going to do," Watson said.
