Football season is over in the state of Nebraska. High school playoffs are over. None of the lower division teams made their respective playoffs. Of course, Nebraska’s season ended at the hands of the The Iowa Hawkeyes on Friday.
Lucky for us the women’s volleyball team has made the NCAA Tournament (like they weren’t) and basketball season has just begun. Also of note, the men’s wrestling team is currently ranked #2 in the nation. Hopefully that is still true as of the publishing date of this article.
Point is, let the football team lick their wounds and regroup.
