I don’t know where to begin.
One week ago today, we were prepared for rain and for high water. I even wrote about the potential for historic flooding and blizzards. We were ready for what was coming.
Or so I thought.
Here is where I stop and say that I am fine. Our house is on a hill. Our cattle had a hill of their own and we could get feed to them (not as much as they wanted, but we could still get to them). We suffered nothing more than inconvenience and heavy hearts for so many of our friends and neighbors.
