Frosted Flakes: Super Bowl, Steve Spurrier, & Wearing Shorts in the Middle of Winter

Many folks were unhappy withe the defensive slug fest that was Super Bowl LIII.

There were few big plays. Not a whole lot of quarterback magic or running backs running up and down the sideline. Even the kickers had an important yet limited role in this game.

But, if you were a fan of defense, this was your game. Both teams came out swinging left and right. Most receivers had little chance catching the ball. Linebackers and the secondaries were on most of them like glue. The running backs had little room to run thanks to two stout defensive lines.
