I haven’t said that prayer in years. I said it last night. I’m surprised I remember it, although that has more to do with Enter Sandman by Metallica than it does with my upbringing. I don’t recall ever having learned that from my Mom.

Tomorrow is my annual cardiology check up in downtown Minneapolis at Hennepin County Medical Center. It’s projected to be between -20 and -30 with wind chills at -60.
