Today is a very important day, obviously. It’s National Shrimp Day! Shrimp is my favorite seafood. Really it’s one of the only types of seafood that I like.

There are so many good options to help celebrate, but we’ll probably combine National Shrimp Day with Taco Tuesday and have some nice shrimp tacos.
