The Husker women beat a ranked Michigan State team yesterday, just four days after losing (by two points) to an even higher ranked Michigan squad. I’ll have the recap for you later this morning, but the ladies have adjusted to the personnel they have available and are really playing to their strengths.
One of those strengths is defense. They are holding teams WELL below (sometimes 20+ points) below their scoring average in recent games.
