Kenny Bell and Daniel Davie were hopefuls for the Tampa Bay Bucs and Jack Gangwish was trying to join the Cincinnati Bengals for the 2016 season. Among the trio, Kenny Bell is the cut that seems to be the most surprising, considering many people thought he would at least make the team as a returner.
That was before the preseason began, once it did Bell struggled badly. As the World-Herald points out, he started it off with a fumbled kick off return. Kenny had just two catches for 22 yards and he was cut as the Bucs were looking to pare down to 53 players.
