Former Nebraska guard Andrew White III led the Atlanta Hawks in scoring Wednesday night in the first game of his NBA career.

White, who averaged 16.6 points per game and shot 41 percent from three-point range in his only season in Lincoln in 2015-16, had 15 points on 6 for 11 shooting, including 3 of 7 from three-point range, in Atlanta's 104-98 loss to the Detroit Pistons.
