Scott Frost's first season as the Nebraska head coach is in the books.
As the season went along, the Journal Star tracked several stats, including receiving targets, chunk plays, 20-plus-yard rushes and more.
Below, see some of the data. Overall, the Huskers racked up 151 "chunk" plays, defined as rushes of 10-plus yards and passes of 15-plus.
Not surprisingly, Stanley Morgan and JD Spielman dominated NU's passing targets. Nebraska threw the ball 404 times in 12 games and more than half (206) went toward either No. 8 or No. 10. Freshman back Maurice Washington finished with the third-most receiving yards and the third-most chunk plays on the team.
