Center field, right field and second base will have new faces after the departures of Taylor Otte, Gina Metzler and Laura Barrow, who combined for 388 career starts.
But the biggest intrigue may be in the circle, where the Huskers will have a new look.
Nebraska must replace Kaylan Jablonski, who as a senior won 21 games, secured six saves and pitched nearly 200 innings. Currently, there are five pitchers on staff who have a combined two years of Division I experience.
Naturally, there are questions surrounding how Nebraska's young pitchers will perform and how their innings will be divided.
