The outside linebacker from Pittsburg, Kansas had offers from some FCS schools like Western Illinois and Missouri State, but not much else.
Then in mid-December Utah State offered. Two weeks later, one day after Christmas, Nebraska followed suit.
“It’s been hectic and it’s really hard because as a kid you grow up and you’re imagining what it would be like to (get recruited) by all these teams and now it’s so overwhelming”, said Jordan, who’s picked up offers from Kansas, Kanas State, Utah, TCU and Auburn as well. “Right before (the Nebraska offer), I had Utah State and I was waiting for a K-State offer, but I didn’t see a lot more coming besides that.
