It's a dreary day at Memorial Stadium, but the light rain has stopped for now as we approach an hour to kickoff between Nebraska (0-3, 0-1) and Purdue (1-3, 0-1).
*** Senior defensive tackle Mick Stoltenberg sported crutches as he watched his fellow defensive linemen go through early warmups in the North end zone. Defensive line coach Mike Dawson said this week that Carlos Davis was working more at defensive tackle this week. Stoltenberg's been on the crutches all week and has sported a heavy wrap on his let knee.
Stoltenberg ditched the crutches later on when the team was on the field, but is not in uniform.
