The late Don Bryant himself was a treasure trove of Husker football knowledge.
Now Nebraska fans and memorabilia collectors will have an opportunity to get their hands on some really neat stuff collected over time by the longtime Nebraska sports information director.
The Shrine Center, at Highway 77 and Saltillo Road, will be holding a sports auction for Bryant's collectibles from 6-10 p.m. Friday.
- Footballs from 1970 (signed by the team), 1971 (signed by the team), and from many other years.
- Framed photos featuring Ed Weir, Johnny Rodgers, Rich Glover, Billy Sims and Keith Jackson.
