In an interview Wednesday with HuskerOnline.com, the four-star athlete said he plans to visit Nebraska’s campus Sept. 1, the day the Huskers open the Scott Frost era against Akron.

If the 5-9, 175-pound Robinson chooses Nebraska, he would join the likes of true freshman Miles Jones (5-9, 170) and 2019 commit Rahmir Johnson (5-10, 170) at the “Duck-R” spot. There obviously are other players who could play the role.

2. So, Mike Riley has a new job, as head coach for the San Antonio franchise of the new American Alliance of Football spring league.
