College football playbooks have gone digital, and Nick Halberg hopes they never go back.
Halberg is a full-time offensive analyst on the Nebraska coaching staff. He works closely with offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf in designing and distributing the Huskers’ book of secrets.
Halberg grew up near Portland, Oregon. He started working in the video department for the Oregon State football team when he was a freshman in college, and kept working his way up.
It wasn’t that long ago that football players carried around bulky playbooks filled with hundreds of sheets of paper with plays on them.
