Bootle, who is 5 foot, 11 inches and 175 pounds, is unranked in the 247 composite system. He had offers from Florida International, Temple, Central Florida and Middle Tennessee State.
Bootle got his offer back on June 22nd, when he worked out for the staff as they were in Miami for a Sattelite Camp.
