Antonio Castro’s prowess on the pommel horse has been a signature of many home meets over the years for the Nebraska men’s gymnastics team.
The senior from Pinecrest, Florida, left one more mark on the Devaney Center floor, winning a pommel horse title in a triangular against Minnesota and Iowa on Saturday.
“Everything felt super-relaxed,” said Castro, the Huskers' lone event winner. “You go up there and its senior night, it’s the last night that you’re ever going to be competing at home. As soon as you touch the event, all the nerves go away, you’ve done it a million times.
