Sports Illustrated announced their SI99 Basketball Prospect rankings on Wednesday. Giving us their top 99 players in the 2021 recruiting class. For the first time since I can think of, two of Nebraska’s recruits landed in the top 40.
Coming in at #40 is center Wilhelm Briedenbach out of Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. He committed to Nebraska on November 11th of this year. The 6’9” center is a four star prospect who is currently ranked by ESPN as the #53 best recruit in the country for 2021 and 247 has him ranked at #92.
