They found a way. Behind and beat up, Nebraska rallied one more time to beat Minnesota 24-17 on Saturday night.
The Huskers took that lead halfway through the fourth quarter after driving 91 yards behind a hurting but impactful Tommy Armstrong.
His 13-yard touchdown with 7:17 left gave Nebraska its first lead of the second half. He had to be carried off the field after it by linemen Jerald Foster and Tanner Farmer.
The Huskers followed it up with a 3-and-out, giving their offense the ball back with 5:05 left at their own 14.
Ryker Fyfe handed Terrell Newby the ball four times, the first going for 25 yards.
