Stanley Morgan peaked his head through a group of reporters Tuesday morning to listen in on Dicaprio Bootle answer a question about Nebraska’s senior class.
Bootle, the sophomore cornerback, was talking mostly about the seniors in the Husker secondary – guys he plays next to every day – but he also has as much knowledge as anybody about Morgan, whom he plays across from every day.
So, naturally, with No. 8 standing in the circle, the conversation turned to the senior wide receiver.
“Great leader. He’s one of those guys who really questioned us, told us to look at ourselves in the mirror when things was going bad,” Bootle said of Morgan.
