Brian Bennett: Mike Riley said on Tuesday that Tommy Armstrong Jr. was able to practice some on Monday. He was hopeful that with three more days to get ready, Armstrong would at least be able to play at Iowa, even if he's not 100 percent. Ryker Fyfe's status was less clear, as he didn't practice on Monday.
I think Nebraska is still good enough to beat Iowa with an Armstrong who's more of a pocket guy because of the bad hamstring, even if that takes away one of his greatest weapons, mobility.
