While the process of potential updates to contracts remains ongoing over the weeks ahead, all full-time Husker assistant football coaches are already working under contracts that carry through at least the 2017 season.
Running backs coach Reggie Davis and offensive line coach Mike Cavanaugh in late June both were given one-year extensions through Jan. 31, 2018 after their performance evaluations, with their updated contracts received per media request.
Four other Husker assistants -- offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf, wide receivers coach Keith Williams, linebackers coach Trent Bray and defensive line coach John Parrella -- also have contracts that extend to that date.
