De'Mornay Pierson-El has signed with the Oakland Raiders, the team announced Monday afternoon.
Pierson-El had 623 receiving yards and five touchdowns as a senior at Nebraska in 2017 and finished his career with 100 catches. He was also a talented return man, racking up big numbers early in his career.
The Alexandria, Virginia, native signed with his hometown Washington as an undrafted free agent shortly after the 2018 NFL Draft, but was cut shortly thereafter. Then he signed on with the Montreal Alouettes but appeared in just one game. In the AAF, Pierson-El had 36 catches for 414 yards and a touchdown, making him the fourth-leading receiver in the league.
