It is that time of year again. We are going to see watch lists released that include every possible football player who could possibly be considered for an award.

To kick off watch list season, Nebraska’s QB1, Adrian Martinez, is on the Maxwell Award Watch List. This comes after the weird COVID-shortened 2020 season in which Martinez was benched for a couple of games in favor of Luke McCaffrey.
