Nebraska 3 vs. Stanford 0- 25-17, 25-22, 25-14
The Devaney Center crowd was electric from the beginning and so were the Huskers. This match should have been a slug fest, a chess match and it should have much longer.
Nebraska threw the first punch in set one with tough serving and non-stop defense. All the sudden Nebraska led 9-2 in that set. Stanford threw a jab in set two when they went for an 8-0 run but other than that run there wasn’t a response by this talented Cardinal team. It was all Nebraska.
