The #19 Nebraska Baseball team battled, but fell short to the #1 Arkansas Razorbacks 5-1 Saturday night. Chance Hroch gave up four hits, but 10 walks and a hit batter doomed the Huskers in winners bracket action.
Working against Razorback ace Patrick Wicklander, Nebraska could not muster any runs in the first inning. They got a two out walk from Spencer Schwellenbach, but nothing else.
Arkansas found the scoreboard with the first batter in the bottom of the first. Matt Goodheart lifted an elevated fastball over the left field wall out of the reach of Mojo Hagge for a solo home run.
