As Bell notes, Oklahoma - not Oklahoma State - is sitting with the fifth-best odds at 18/1. Oklahoma State sits at 42/1.
Notre Dame is the only team mentioned that is not ranked in the preseason. They are coming off a 4-8 season and have to replace several key starters, including quarterback DeShone Kizer.
Oregon State and Colorado State kickoff the new season on Saturday, Aug. 26 at 2:30 pm ET. There are only three games between ranked teams during the opening week. Michigan vs. Florida and Florida State vs. Alabama are both on Sept. 2, while West Virginia vs. Virginia Tech is on Sept. 3.
