Xavier has suspended senior guard Myles Davis indefinitely, the school announced in a press release Thursday night.
“Myles Davis is suspended indefinitely from all basketball related activities,” Xavier coach Chris Mack said. “Playing basketball for Xavier is a privilege and we have high expectations for how our student-athletes represent our university. Unless Myles meets those expectations he will not be a part of our program.”
While the school did not address the specifics for the suspension, Davis is facing misdemeanor criminal charges related to two incidents involving an ex-girlfriend.
Davis is accused of threatening the woman, Kiley Stoll, damaging her cell phone and attempting to punch out the windows of her home.
