Top-30 prospect Scruggs commits to Xavier

Top-30 prospect Paul Scruggs has committed to Xavier.

Scruggs chose the Musketeers over Indiana, Michigan State and Connecticut. He visited all four schools in August, and also had Illinois in his final five.

"It's the school that fits my style of play," Scruggs told ESPN.com.
